The WDHCB is a registered charity and receives donations and is financially supported by the City of Winkler and the surrounding municipalities of Stanley, Rhineland and Roland. The C.W. Wiebe Medical Corporation is responsible for the day to day operation of the medical centre including the recruitment of new physicians.
